This past year of customer service by Dead River has been the worst in my experience having oil delivered to my home in 22 years.
I can't begin to describe the issues with the new management and customer service this past year. I will not be renewing my contract with them, and when I told them, they did not even ask why. My only conclusion is that they don't care about their customers.
