run dont walk!
After being told our water heater needed parts they could no longer get, we were told it would be a warranty swap-out and because the water heater was only 6 months old everything including labor was covered.
A week after the work was done we got a bill for $462.71.
Called them and was told "oops sorry, our mistake and the next day we got the credit. Two days after that we got a bill for 500 dollars..... you guessed it, for labor . When we called about it we were met with an obnoxious Service manager who is very arrogant. Like a little snot nose brat shes loud and like to put on a show for whoever is around.
Their customer service is poor at best. They take no responsibility and it's always someone else at fault.
When I talked to the manager in charge I was told: "I will just hand it off to the Billing dept for collections" ..... The Bill had already been paid. "Opps, I didnt know". Thats because they don't listen to reason and again, they are never wrong.
Their billing is a MESS to say the least, Customer service is non existent.
Do yourself a favor and just move past this company. Check out the rest of the reviews .... I wish I had.
