As someone whose never been a customer, dead river has been by far the best company I've ever had. They came out withing 24 hours to give me a free estimate on putting in a furnace (and didnt give me an 8 hour span of time when they might me there). They were quick professional and understanding of my worries as I had a lot of heating issues prior to calling them. They quote within 7 days for a delivery and showed up the day after I called. Everyone from the man who quoted the furnace to the installers right down to the office lady have all been absolutely fabulous.
