I have been a 10 year customer of competitor, Suburban Oil, and the Service , Knowledge , and Pricing is superior from Dead River . The pricing alone is so much less ; I know it is seasonal and varies BUT when competition was $2.4 , Dead River was $1.9. I buy 1000gallons per year so it makes a huge difference. If I need emergency delivery , competition charged for this, Dead River delivers a 100 gallon tank and puts me on the schedule. Service Calls are handled quickly and efficiently and tech is knowledgeable. In fact, I found they suggest ways to save money rather than spend money ! Thrilled with the company and customer service , techs and pricing !
