President and CEO Deanna Sherman of Dead River Company is a rude woman. They gave me a tank with a gauge that sticks and blamed it on the cold weather, come spring they could no longer use the "it's frozen" EXCUSE and the schmucky repairman they sent named John still refused to replace the gauge on the brand spanking new tank. John said "Lady, you gotta rock it" but this lady aint gonna ROCK IT when it should just WORK PROPEPLY. Dead River is unwelcoming to people from out of state. They said the locals know they must ROCK the tank. I've called both Deanna Sherman and Jeremy Daigle and they simply don't care. They make excuses for their sub standard and defective tanks and service. I do NOT RECOMMEND this company. Dealing with them is simply a nightmare.
