Was charged 2400 dollars for a New Hot Water Install that was to be covered 100% including parts and Labor for one year..
Six Months later when the Hot Water Tank failed they couldn't get the parts and agreed it would be a warranty swap-out at "No charge".
Two technicians, the service manager and myself all agreed....."NO CHARGE". A week after the work was completed we got a bill for 500 dollars. Was told "we need to get paid for our labor" and "we are not a non-profit company"!
The Management Team there are on the same level as circus clown .... no offence to circus clowns. The the service manager is so full of HERSELF when really, she doesn't know her gas valve from a hole in the ground. ....Oh, and it took them 5 days.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!
