The plumber came to do the annual checkup, and we asked him to adjust a shower handle to allow us to avoid scalding hot water. He replaced a valve but forgot to tighten the handle, and he had to return next day to do that. The water temp. control seems improved...

Clogged sink in Bathroom fixed
Called Ben Franklin Plumbing and they were able to get to my location in 1 1/2 hours. They fixed clog quickly and professionally. However it cost $298.00 which I think is way to expensive for a bathroom sink. The Workman, Brandon, was very nice and professional.
