The plumber came to do the annual checkup, and we asked him to adjust a shower handle to allow us to avoid scalding hot water. He replaced a valve but forgot to tighten the handle, and he had to return next day to do that. The water temp. control seems improved but we are still not sure it's working properly after using it several times.
