Offer not honored.

we received a card in the mail offering a Free Service call on any Tuesday in August. When I called to make an appointment, I was told they could come today, Friday and the offer would be honored. When we received the receipt, the $59 service call fee was charged. I called the office and was told the service manager would call me back and refund the fee. I have not heard from anyone. To me, this is deceptive trade. You can make it right or not, up to you.

Sandy, I have reviewed your invoice and have instructed my office to issue you a refund. You should be receiving a check for $59 in the mail shortly. I have also reprimanded the staff for not doing the call on the day of the offer on the post card. They occasionally make acceptations when we are slow but it defeats the propose of the offer which is to save me the owner gas money by doing several calls in one area on a given day. Again my apologies for the confusion. also if you use the post card in the future make sure you present it to the plumber at the time of service and then you wont be charged the serviced fee.
