Went in for estimate on one of my companyâs trucks.Waited alone in office for approx.10 minutes before someone âappearedâ.I asked for an estimate on truck parked outside.I was told to fill out information sheet and to go outside and retrieve the Vin number and bring the info sheet with Vin back inside.(It was rainy outside),so I did.I then waited another 15-20 minutes,left the sheet with info on the counter and left.That is the last I heard.I was looking to address other vehicles in my fleet for future.My last impression of your company,âWe donât care We donât have to.â David Ellis -All Star Balloons Inc/Quality Event Decorators LLC.
