The communication from the Dolton, IL location was effective and helpful. They referred me to corporate which has terrible follow up skills. Shameika Davison doesn’t have a clue in following up w/customers which has angered me enough to put corporate on blast!!!! I mean really?!? How long does it take to approve a quote of a service under warranty??? It’s ridiculous!!!
