I took my truck to Maaco in Tulsa, OK on March 6, 2021 for an estimate for paint and body repairs. On March 9, I provided my truck to the same location for the said paint and repairs. I was told the work would be completed within a week. I went to get my truck on March 16 to find my truck painted but the body work had not been. I was told it would be another week for those repairs to be completed and painted again. After that additional week, my truck had not only not been repaired or painted but my steering column was broke and that mechanic had to order the part for my truck. In fact, I was told by Preston, the locations manager that it would be completed in another week. I have phoned many time to only be hung up on (to include my wife) or to be told the part was ordered and not provided with the mechanics name or number to simply get an ETA on the part. I also have phoned the customer service line multiple times a day and no call back from anyone! My truck is now being STOLEN by Maaco from me. We will not be paying for any work completed by any office within Maaco, I demand my truck be painted and hauled safely to my local mechanic at no additional cost to ensure my truck is completed In a timely manner with a mechanic I actually trust. I have already submitted this to the Attorney General of Oklahoma as well as a private attorney.
