I had my oil changed a week ago they removed a scid plate from my truck they snapped the bolts off and instead of telling me they tied it up with zip ties which didn’t work the plate came loose. I returned to have them fix it a guy was under my truck looking at it and a young man bending down by my door says one zip tie didn’t do it? That’s The only reason I knew what they had done. They said that they would fix it and wrote info down. Now one week later I haven’t heard from them! I’ll never go back there again
