I have gone to Outshiner in Charlotte almost 10 yrs. I have always gotten good dependable service. However, went there last week and 2 employees I didn’t recognize, They didn’t check or fill my power steering fluid, window washer fluid - both were near empty! Usually, the attendant shows me the color of my vehicle’s transmission fluid, also my vehicles air filter. They didn’t do either. My power steering pump started making a noise and when checking I found it was almost empty. Went back to Outshiner’s today (5-16-20), same two employees, asked about fluid checks not done....no sorry, no nothing. Outshiner lost a long time customer today.
