Purchased the $16.00 car wash yesterday. Was told when I was handed my receipt that I had a 3 day guarantee for the wash - if it rains or the vehicle gets dirty come back and they will run me through at no charge. Understood....I have never ever had to come back within the 3 day time period. HOWEVER, yesterday when I go to Lansing, literally 30 minutes after I had it washed - the back was still very dirty! The wiper girl was very nice, but she should have had me go back through the wash instead of wiping the dirt around and telling me to have a nice day. SO, I went stopped by on way home several hours later. It was the same young man working the entrance. When I told him the vehicle was still dirty he said" I will run through again, but we can't keep doing this!" I HAVE NEVER EVER DONE THIS BEFORE!!!! So I tell him the wiper girl should have noticed the dirt and sent me back through. He said the guarantee was for the next 3 days not today. MAKES NO SENSE....we will not be going back!!!!!
