Mr Narato did about 5 or 6 roofs that belong to my parents and I and did a good job except on one house. Ever since he put a new roof on it my chimney leaks and birds come in. When it rains or snows it comes inside the house. I have a towel hanging over it to try and soak up wetness and keep birds from flying out of fireplace. That towel after the last few snows is stained with water and rust from the chimney. It ruined my gas logs insert. He came back once and had the nerve to charge us &600 more dollars. We paid him stupidly thinking it would be fixed.
I have called him and the lady that answered phone was very, very ugly and hung up on me. He came in our business probably not realizing the connection and my daddy asked him to fix it he promised to and did not. I have had it. I am going to call 5 on your side...

Still leaking after several trips and having to po ay for each one. If it isnt fixed in 30 days I will be hiring Chip Post and suing you for ruined gaslog fireplace and also ruined bedroom ceiling and walls and also for extra money I paid on the trips when you did come back.
