I received several estimates to have my roof completely replaced. I chose Norato because their estimate was the best, their rep answered every question I had and because I am an older person he was very kind to spell everything out for me so I understood exactly what was going to happen and exactly what my options were. Well I know I made the right decision because not only do I have a beautiful roof but the workers were considerate of all my plants and roses in my garden near the house but also took great care to remove things that could be broken by falling shingles. They were spotless not only cleaning debris before breaking for lunch but when the job was done were meticulous about putting things back where they were and even blowing off the walk and driveway of gritty stuff that fell off the old shingles. They were very courteous as well. I am very happy with the entire experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends.
