I wish I could give 0 stars. I called this morning to confirm my 2pm appointment, Chris yelled at me and said why am I calling, I should go on the website and confirm. I was shock as I just wanted to make sure they were coming before we pack everything up in the house. At 2pm no one called or came to our house. I called at 2:30pm, no one answered. 2 hours later someone called and said they will be coming at 5:45pm. We waited till 5:45 pm no one came, we called and they said 7:15pm they are coming, we waited till then, no one came. I called Chris the owner of the company and he was so unprofessional about the situation. Someone finally came at 9pm with a small truck and could not carry all our stuff. Honestly I am appalled at the service they provide, I will never recommend this company. The lack of accountability, the disrespect of customers time. The whole experience was just terrible. They do not even deserve to be paid for delivering such a poor service.
