This was the second time using them for moving locally. They moved us to our new home 3 years ago. Recently, we hired them to move my elderly parents. The movers did show about 4 hours after the appointment possible start date which was just 1 hour after the 3 PM far end of the start time, so wasn't horribly inconvenient. The movers got right to work loading furniture and boxes. Everything was moved with care and to completion. Friendly, hard-working and very accommodating. We needed to swing by a storage space unexpectedly which was along the route anyhow so was not an inconvenience to the movers. I would happily suggest using them and please, do as the website says. Be patient and not so rigid to the appointment start time and let the movers do their thing. They work until the job is done and deserved the tip I left. If there was any suggestion I would make - be clear about the amount of items needing to be moved. They had to make 2 trips due to the truck size. Perhaps if they were aware ahead of time a larger truck could have been brought and saved time and back and forth. Easier for the movers, faster and cheaper for the customer.
