DON'T HIRE THEM
I had a highly unprofessional and frustrating experience with 2 Young Studs Moving Company. I scheduled a move for 12:00 PM and, by 4:30 PM, I still had not received any communication or updates. When I reached out to the manager, Chris, to ask for an estimated arrival time, I was met with hostility. He raised his voice, spoke to me in an aggressive and dismissive tone, and insisted that move times are never guaranteed. Rather than offering any solution or courtesy update, he abruptly canceled the entire move without warning.
The payment process was also questionable — they required payment via Venmo, which felt unprofessional for a business handling something as important as moving services. After canceling, Chris gave me a very hard time about issuing a refund, further compounding an already stressful situation.
I would strongly caution others before hiring this company. Communication, professionalism, and reliability are critical during a move — unfortunately, 2 Young Studs demonstrated none of these.
