My two rugs were picked-up in a timely manner. I was given an estimated cost to clean the rugs. The company sent an email including pictures of the rugs while being cleaned and commented on the condition of the rugs. It took a couple of weeks before the cleaning was completed. However, the rugs were returned and looked great. I also purchased a rug pad which was delivered with the rugs.
