I had a terrible pet urine stain on our best rug. Of course it was a light colored rug and the parts that were dark had bled into the lighter parts of the rug, it looked awful! I thought there was no way my rug was salvagable but they talked me through the different cleaning options and they were able to make it look like new! I was thrilled. They even sent me pictures from the plant to ensure I was happy before they delivered it back to me. AMAZING customer service and product, I am so thankful.
