Although the service started a little disappointingly beginning about an hour later than scheduled, the work itself was professional, completed in a timely fashion once started, and nearly invisible unless you know where to look. Stuart, the tech, was professional, courteous and thorough. We had water damaged carpet replaced. Stuart checked the surface carefully to ensure it was dry and no mold or mildew was present before beginning the replacement. The service recovery from the late start was excellent. We will continue to use Ayoub for our cleaning and replacement needs.
