THD was a wonderfully agency to work with for my mom and myself as our home had a fire back in late March of this year and we needed temporary housing assistance while our home was being repaired.

LisaKay Swager was our THD concierge and helped us with all facets of getting acclimated to our new apartment at Domain West Apartments in West Houston, TX.

Whenever there was a maintenance issue that needed to be taken care of, she responded right away and made sure the apartment complex’s Maintenance team was on top of the situation and took care of it quickly. She would also periodically check in with us to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything.

This was a stressful time for my mom and I while we awaited the home repairs, so we both thank THD for everything they had done to make our temporary stay in the apartment complex as comfortable as possible.
