THD had made reservations for me at a hotel and when I arrived I was told THD's instructions were that they paid the room charge and taxes only so the hotel told me I would be responsible for the parking fee. Although it was late at night I contacted THD, asking them to cover the parking charge, not expecting a reply until normal business hours the following day. Not only did they reply immediately but, when I couldn't respond right away to their text message, they took the initiative to call the hotel and clarify that they would also pay the parking fee. They were super fast at an hour most businesses were closed and took initiative to resolve the problem without waiting for any further input, effort, explanations or requests from me. I couldn't have asked for a more prompt, helpful or supportive response.
