The team provided excellent and attentive service during my time of need. They were very compassionate and worked diligently to meet my needs. The only hiccup i had was the furniture to be delivered in my apartment was not all delivered and impacted my work to some degree. Overall this was not THD's responsibility it was the vendor they work with and they worked to resolve.
