Worst Service I Have Ever Received
Ava Denney and her coworker Jennifer have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Not only did they not care that my child was being asked to leave our hotel as I was on the phone with them, they also basically blamed me because I communicated with them that my adjuster said to extend the stay for 2 weeks. They told me that they do not take third-party information as if I know the companies policies and protocols. I was also told I needed to call and pay for the room until the issue was resolved. Jennifer even stated to me it doesn't matter whose fault it is that is all she can do for me. This is totally unacceptable for a company that is supposed to help people when they are displaced from their homes.
