Hello, I wanted to give a huge shout out to Alacrity Team, (Tiara, Alyssa, Madison & Jolene)
They have been a huge help in finding me and my family a livable space while my house is being reconstructed due to flooding. They kept in contact with me by phone, email and text.

Even in times that requested extensions in advance from my insurance claim agent who would not reply to me or alacrity... they still kept in contact with me throughout the whole ordeal.

Keeping me updated on the status, even over the weekend Jolene called me -as my insurance agent with Allstate never responded with any reply.

The Alacrity Team has kept in contact with me ongoing for all of my needs and I truly appreciate them in caring for those who need help during rehoming needs.
