In February 2026 I was displaced due to a roof leak in apt and when insurance finally covered claim after a 3 week waiting period, I was connected with Lydia at Alacrity solutions. She was amazing to work with, made the entire process of locating temporary housing that was dog friendly so easy during such a difficult time, and was incredibly diligent organizing correspondence with my insurance co Allstate, and ensured that all reservations were secured approved ahead of time. Even on her days off she STILL assisted me with concerns and went above and beyond to provide support, guidance, and her display of compassion really made a difference. I am so grateful to Lydia for all of her support and highly recommend her for a leadership role, she provided the BEST customer service around and I hope that she receives the best as a result of her hard work and dedication too!!
