Ms. Lydia Scott is truly an asset with Alacrity Solutions. She was always available and/or promptly responded. There was never a time I felt left in unheard. She was very patient as well and gave her time to listen during times of frustration in dealing with this whole unfortunate event. I am truly pleased with the services.
