We have been planning to do this for quite some time and I'm glad we were finally able to do so. I posted a picture of the finished floor on Facebook and have received 3 inquiries so far! The only item to mention is because it's a darker color, it's a little harder to keep it clean because the footprints, especially the dogs, are more visible, and we're not sure what to do to make it shiny.
