Back in March 2018 I hired Haynes to treat my lawn for flees, pest control, and take care of the rodent issue ( wildlife exclusion) They claim they warranty their work for 1 yr and offer yearly renewal warranties at $150 per year for wildlife. After they "sealed" my home in March, I was still hearing rats in the attic. By November 2018 I caught a rat in a trap in my kitchen. I text Chip and took a picture to show them. They then tell me my home isn't sealable and offered to put traps outside my home for a monthly fee. I had to hire another company (Arrow) in Feb and I have been Rodent Free. I recommend looking else where before you end up in my shoes spending $1000 with a company that does not honor their work or warranty. What really got me was when they sent me a letter to re up my warranty for wildlife exclusion. I just want to give everyone a heads up.
