After our Dad passed last fall our Mom found herself with a “pest” problem at her home. We live out of state, but after considering several recommendations we chose Haynes Exterminating to “seal up” our Mom’s home from the unwelcome “visitors” from the “PEST” family. Chip Heslin came out on a weekend knowing I was leaving on Sunday and knowing our Mom would feel more comfortable with one of us there to help make decisions about work to be done on her home.
On a recent follow-up visit, Chip and Todd Mosher came by and after an inspection determined that the door threshold needed to be secured. Mama asked them if they knew a “handyman” she could call to get the work done as well as some other things she named on her “To Do” List around the house. The end result was that Chip and Todd showed up with the supplies and fixed the door threshold and remaining items on Mom’s list, only charging her for the supplies and no labor.
Chip and Todd made our Mama and her two daughters feel hope again that we humans are overwhelmingly capable of great kindness and generosity toward one another! Thank you Chip and Todd for all that you have done.
