I just want to start out by saying that I normally don’t stop and write up a review but I felt like I needed to write this one. I am normally a very patient person and if something needs to take longer then expected I am fine with that. But with today’s experience that was not the case. So I called Jeep Dodge Chrysler In American fork, about a week and a half ago or more to schedule me bringing my Jeep in for a recall for an airbag module. The nice lady on the phone tells me that I need to schedule it for about a week and a half out because they are super busy. I am fine with this and so the week + goes by and I take my Jeep in for them to do the recall on it. Take into account that today is my only day off for the week so I had it scheduled so I could have it all finished on my day off. I wake up at 6:30 am to take the Jeep in by 7:10 am which is the time of my appointment. I take the Jeep in and my service advisor Chris who was also a very genuine person gets me all checked in and I’m on my way after that. I get a call from Chris a few hours later that they have looked at the Jeep and the part will be here in another week or so. So now that my only day off had been used for them to just look at it, and my car is still a danger to me and whoever is driving it because at any point my airbag module could fail and the airbags could deploy harming someone in the car. I have no choice but to take the car because they didn’t even order the part when I called them 2 weeks ago in advance. Now at my inconvenience I have to waste another one of my days off to take the Jeep back down to them and who even knows if they will have the part then. All in all I will never ever give this location my business again.
