I had my roof replaced in 2010 by Norato construction, and for about three years no problems. Them I noticed a leak around my chimney and around the exhaust vents. First time I called they came out and sealed the saying they had fired the employee who was using the incorrect sealant. Because of the roof leak there is multiple boards with water damage and the siding insulation came loose from the house. Called the company about replacing the damaged boards and they did not show up for the repair. I have since called multiple times and the answer is always the same the owner is out of the office and will call me back. I have yet to receive a call back.
