Fireside Designs was terrific. They faced some problems with scheduling right upfront. My plumber was late, so Fireside Designs had to postpone their installation date. But when the rescheduled date arrived, they were here right on time. They came and hooked the new unit up. Right away, we all smelled gas. The technicians were all over this and everyone jumped into action trying to locate the source of the leak. The manager even came over to help out. They didn't charge me a dime for this extra service and it made me feel safe knowing that they cared enough to take immediate action. They didn't rest until the source of the leak was found and fixed. The quick and thorough reaction from the people at Fireside Designs made me confident that future problems would be handled similarly. The stove has been on ever since then without a single problem. It was nice to have it on during our recent snowstorm. I have already recommended Fireside Designs to some friends. They are a great company.
