Our experience in the Fireside Designs showroom was great. So was our experience with the installation. We went into the store looking for a wood-burning stove but the owner, Jean, talked us out of that idea. He convinced us to buy a pellet stove instead for many reasons. And, he was right. When the installation date arrived, two guys showed up. One of the guys was in charge and he was very experienced and knowledgeable. They both knew exactly what they were doing. They were good. They were quick, efficient, and clean. We are very happy with our new pellet stove from Fireside Designs. My husband particularly loves it.
