I bought a pellet stove from Fireside Designs and they came out and installed it for me. The installation went well except they forgot to caulk one area. But they came right back out when I called. However, the stove itself is louder than I expected. When the installer came out to complete the caulking he checked the fan speed and told me it is functioning as expected. Fireside Designs was very responsive to my concerns, so I'm happy with their service but not so happy with the loudness of the stove.
