This was the first time we used Fireside Designs. I have driven past their store many times and when we decided we were ready to purchase a pellet stove we stopped in to look at their options. The salesperson was very helpful. They went over the features and options of several different pellet stoves and what would best suit our needs. Their pricing was fair. The stove arrived on time. The installers did a good job and were respectful of our home. They finished the installation and gave a few more tips about the unit to my wife (I was not home at the time). Everyone was knowledgeable and professional and we were very pleased with the whole experience. We would absolutely use Fireside Designs again.
