I am always impressed with John Waters and glad I have stuck with them for many years. I almost left for a different place just because it was who the previous owners had in our new house and when they came out for routine maintenance, they claimed I needed an entirely new system when it was only 3-4 years old at the time. I very quickly got back with JW and they came out, inspected everything thoroughly, and told me those claims from said company were false. I had my routine maintenance done and stuck with John waters since. I’ve recently had the pleasure of dealing with dispatcher Stephanie and technician Jason a few times and everything has been fantastic. I cannot recommend John Waters enough. Thank you.
