The thermostat on our brand new furnace did not seem to be working correctly. We contacted John Waters because they installed the furnace. Ashleigh, the scheduler, immediately worked to get a technician out asap. She was so pleasant and genuine! Jason was the tech assigned to us. He was amazing. He tried 3 different thermostats and made sure that our furnace was working before he left. Both Ashleigh and Jason are a true asset to John Waters. We will always use John Waters because of those two!
