John was our technician. He is usually the person they send to our house. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Ashley, in service responded to a request I had made about 10 minutes before John arrived. He already had the info before coming inside. Have had our unit for 17 years, always getting the maintenance agreement. It has paid off. Would highly recommend.
