We had an ongoing problem with our HVAC/Heatpump and we had several different companies come look at it. It was not until we contacted John Waters did we find out it needed to be replaced and the reasons why it should happen. The staff and technicians at John Waters are the most caring, understanding and professional people you could ask for. Mr. Michael was absolutely fantastic with how thorough he was explaining their products for us to choose from. He also explained how we could use more returns in our home for better airflow. He took his time to make sure when we purchased it would be a great product and it would be efficient for our home. All of the technicians that came out to our home, from the repairmen to the technicians who replaced our HVAC/Heatpump were such wonderful men who were extremely knowledgeable about their jobs and cared about their customers.
