Our AC unit stopped working and we were referred to John Waters. I called first thing on a Monday morning, there was someone at our house that day to evaluate the situation - they provided us an estimate and talked is through the options the next day.
They were not pressuring and very knowledgeable. Without hesitation we wanted to work with them. They were able to get our new system installed quickly, were on time, friendly, cleaned up all their working areas and didn’t leave until our questions were answered. We would absolutely recommend them.
