On August 10 we had a problem with our air conditioning unit freezing up. After I checked the usual causes without success we needed to call for service. We weren't familiar with any particular contractor but had heard some positive feedback about John Waters Inc. WE gave them a call and we're glad we did. They were able to come out that day. The Service Technician John Abell arrived and was able to quickly assess and remedy the problem. John is very knowledgeable, professional and explained the situation in an understandable and thoughtful way. He even made an extra effort to easily correct a small intermittent noise issue my wife mentioned. He knew right away what was causing it. John was great!
