Overall great experience. Called for estimate, Mike arrived at stated time. Took time to measure, reviewed what I currently had and made recommendations on replacement options were available. Once I decided on what I wanted, install was scheduled within a week. Installation team was on time, removed old units and installed new units in 4 hours. They were professional and very good. Took time to explain new thermostat and made sure all was working. They cleaned up everything and you can't tell that anything was done, except now I have reliable heat and a company that I know I can rely upon for annual maintenance or when I ever need service. Couldn't have been more happy with the overall experience.
