Turning a Bad Situation into a Good Experience
Our air conditioner 'froze up' during the hottest days of July. I called John Waters on a Saturday. The technician was honest with me and told me the best thing I could do was wait until Monday (I do not have a service/maintenance contract), because even if diagnosed, he most likely couldn't do work until Monday. My family sweated it out for 1.5 days, but a John Waters technician showed up FIRST THING Monday morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair - all in very short time and for what I consider a reasonable price. This was not my first experience with John Waters, nor will it be my last.
