I took my wheelchair accessible van in to the Palatine Casey's expecting to be without it for several days. To my surprise, Mike fixed it within just a few hours. I was so surprised when he called with the good news! Mike is always professional and understanding of my situation (I can't just use any vehicle to transport my wheelchair-bound child).
