Joe was very professional and extremely helpful in pointing out things that I was not aware that needed correcting. Based on his recommendations I scheduled a few appointments to address the issues he noted. Since I already had a energy audit a couple of years ago I was not expecting much was pleasantly surprised that he uncovered a few things.
