gary and ray were at my house to complete a somewhat complex (at least it seemed that way) reconfiguration of the piping for my recently installed system 2000 oil burner. the house was not getting the steady heat it needed on very cold days.

i would have said that they are two of the most experienced technicians but after some experience, i would say that about every technician who has been to my home.

they worked smoothly together to fix the problem and would not leave the job until all the affected radiators were bled and tested. they bled them twice to make sure they would operate properly. will have to wait until next winter to test the solution but i am confident it will be a success.

they were neat and left the house in better condition than when they arrived - wearing booties and making sure everything was cleaned up properly. they were easy to have in the house and very unobtrusive.

the solution was designed by john miller - the best of the best - who told be that my service call was the last one of his career and he would be retired when he woke up the next day. good luck, stay healthy and enjoy every day! john, you and your colleagues are the best and truly differentiate robison from the competition. all my experiences have been positive.it's a big and complex business run like a family business paying attention to employees and customers. i've been retired for ten years but i could have used a lot of what robison does right in my business. thank you, robison.keep up the great work.
