Hire them if you don't care about your things

Pack up crew broke my office chair and didn't tell me, I found it in the trash and confronted all of the workers -- none of them claimed to have broken it. I had to have my things stored with them and upon delivery many things were missing, I had to wait weeks to get those things back. A lot of things were damaged or completely broken and unusable -- their insurance policy is a joke -- not even worth the trouble.

Unfortunately there was a lamp that broke and lamps aren't covered but we still allowed her to file a claim. We never knew about the office chair but that would have been something they could have filed a claim for also. We stick by our contract and do exactly what we say we will do. Its not difficult filing a claim you just have to submit pictures and fill out a form. As far as the missing items, once we found out we were on the look out and thankfully we found them and we delivered them as soon as my warehouse manager was able to take it over. We only hire nice an honest guys and train them to take care of our customers and their items. Unfortunately this time we weren't able to make this customer happy.
